The entire toolchain is available from the cppget.org repository. If you already have a recent version installed, you should be able to upgrade (this is less of a case now during early development; see the release announcement for details).

If, however, this is the first time, then the recommended way is to get the latest build2-toolchain amalgamation (includes the build system, package manager, and prerequisite libraries), build it as described in the Installation and Upgrade manual (or the accompanying INSTALL file), and then use bpkg to build anything else you might need (e.g., brep).
